I applied online. Got a call from HR in a week to schedule an onsite directly as they wanted to fill in the position quickly and the hiring manager liked my resume for this position. Onsite interview scheduled after 2 days and the recruiter was very helpful and responsive to my questions and requests.
During the onsite, I met only the hiring manager and was a positive experience overall. I followed up 2 weeks after the interview and received the verbal offer over the phone. The max they could offer was way below my current compensation hence I had to decline. The benefits were very promising though with what looked like to be lot of work-life balance

Interviewed with HR via phone before being invited to schedule a face to face. Had a face to face at the MSC location on the NW side of Indy. Had an enjoyable face to face but was asked to do a final interview with the soon to be hired PMO Director. Ultimately I went through a 3 step process that lasted what is coming up on 2 months without even a hint of feedback. I donated 2 personal days from my work and put forth an honest effort to make sure this was a good opportunity for me - which I thought it was to begin with. I sent emails to all concerned to say I was indeed interested and also reached out to HR a few more times only to get no consideration at all. No feedback over the complete process. For a Christian backed organization, I was really let down by their process. It's ok to be rejected. No one is going to be a perfect fit. But I think it always important to have the common courtesy to send a brief note of some kind to tell a candidate thank you but we have moved on.
