I had two phone interviews with the HR recruiter which went well I presumed that led to me taking a series of assessments - The tests are fairly easy, regarding . It seems you have to pass these tests to earn a third and final interview before a decision is reached. My final interview was well, what can I say by the end of the 45mins interview I knew I was not going to get the offer -
