The first interview was a telephone interview that was approximately 45 minutes long. This consisted of questions testing knowledge of programming languages on your CV. Next was a programming test where I was emailed a problem and had 4 hours to code a solution. After this was a face to face interview, this consisted of mostly technical questions and offline programming problems.
