I completed an application of which the next day I received a call confirming my interest and asked one question before being accepted to be in the team build. The team build was fun, and enjoyable while before we were put in a room waiting for people and I’ve sort of just tried to create a conversation. So it felt easier for me. However some conclusion between myself and another applicant as I was interrupted and ending up not speaking. Overall it felt positive.
The Argos interview was structured and professional, with competency-based questions and a clear focus on customer service. The interviewer was friendly and calm, making the process feel fair, organised, supportive. Overall it was a standard retail interview about experience and availability
