The interview process was lengthy. I applied to the ad and a week later was sent an email to complete a questionnaire. When I had finished that, a week later I received an email stating a phone interview would take place with the date and time. The phone interview was the longest. It went for about 45mins and involved both customer service questions, technical questions, previous employment questions and what my past co-workers would say about me. I didn't think I did that well as I "umm" too uch over the technical questions. Two weeks later I was sent an email to start the Apple background search. This was the hardest part as my previous boss and supervisor were both called and had to speak for 10-20mins on the phone to Apple's background check people. I have two facetime interview about a month later that were very short 10-15mins and only involved customer service questions. I didn't hear back from Apple for 6 weeks and assumed I was rejected. I then received an email congratulating on my position that started in 7 days time, which didn't leave me with much room to give notice and prepare, but I was over the moon to be accepted.
