there were three rounds of interviewing, the first was a major group interview. basically modeled after a steve jobs keynote for the first few moments. when i walked in there was about 30 people applying and 15 managers in the back wearing black shirts. i feel like they pretty much wanted some one who was outgoing and genuine. they asked basic questions and through out the other interviews i went on they just reused the questions.

All the four rounds was quiet simple and productive
The last round was to be in contact aith the team and the manager in the team and discuss about the work culture
the interview was multiple rounds, including a phone screen, potential group interview, and one or two face-to-face interviews with store leadership, focusing on customer service, product knowledge, and cultural fit.

First stage was a brief phone interview with someone from headquarters in Cupertino, the second stage was a group video interview with other candidates and a local store manager via Webex.
