20 minute phone call. Most ridiculous experience of search to date. Interviewer was clueless on selling style of company, would not divulge any information for me to determine f it was even a company I should consider . She asked NO relevant questions then sent a "dear john " letter on how may "skill sets" didn't match "their requirements. Since she never asked anything about my skills nor did she provide any information on their selling styles, I found the experience a COMPLETE waste of my time

Seven rounds. As someone who has brought on many team members and managed through change, you never need seven interviews to assess a candidate. Asked for full presentation and preparation for three back-to-back interviews with 18 hours' notice. Was told I was meeting a senior executive for a simple "culture fit" assessment, which turned out to be a game of Stump the Chump. No time to ask questions in many rounds. No meaningful feedback at any time in the process. Was turned down due to not being physically as close to the office as another candidate (despite job listing in the city in which I currently reside)

Really thorough interview and process. Even in a pandemic, the team was engaging and insightful. Took the time to walk me through the structure and how this position is set up for success.

It was a Very fast. efficient process. HR team well organised, kept me informed frequently. I Would recommend this company. Nothing much to add or to complaint about. Interview with line manager was also very formal and it was an enjoyable experience.
