The interview process was slow until HR reached out to me. Once the organization HR connected, it was a seamless process. The interviews got scheduled quickly and all interviews were highly comfortable and rightly scoped.

As an EM, got questions about People Management style, situations to handle, role plays with direct reports, and Stakeholder management. There were interview rounds around product understanding and system design as well.
