The interview process at Apollo was very chaotic. They outsourced recruiting to an agency, and my recruiter switched over mid-process, so they told me I was moving forward and then didn’t get back to me for weeks. I had to chase them down. The steps in the process kept changing after they were communicated, so I was never quite sure what was left. But the REAL kicker, the take home assignment required you to get into Apollo and build a workflow in the tool, and core functionality I needed was *broken* the entire time I had between interviews. I reached out to support to try to get help, it said they wouldn’t respond for FIVE BUSINESS DAYS. I reached out to the recruiter to flag it, she said no one knew why it was broken and I’d need to wait for support, then asked if I wanted to push the interview another week. I withdrew my candidacy.
