There was an aptitude test at the beginning which was quite easy. if passed the will ask you to wait for the interview. In the interview, they will tell about the job profile and salary. They were hiring for the month training period with a salary of 8000rs. for a b.tech graduate. If you complete the training then maybe they will keep you as a permanent employee(According to them). They are hiring through some govt. scheme. But to remember is the job is not exactly of a GET. they are hiring you as a operator/labour.
