My interview process is 4 rounds. 1) Call with recruiter, brief chat to talk about company and position. Basic questions regarding career goals. 2)Call with team manager, brief call to talk about the position, the team. Basic questions about your experience and background. 3)Video call with team manager, hour long call to discuss more in depth about career goals, personal qualities, industry. 4)On site interview, 3 rounds of technical interviews, 1 hour each.
