When I interviewed with upper management, they had questions about skills that had nothing to do with my experience. I felt like it was a waste of my time because my resume and my conversation with HR (prior to scheduling the interview) clearly shows I don't have the specialized skills they are looking for. This isn't a typical Exec Admin position. They expect skills that don't typically come with an Admin, low pay, and no benefits.
