J'ai passé un entretien chez American Association for Justice (Washington, DC)
Entretien
First round was in-person. Second round was longer and on zoom. Not a bad experience. The second round was with 5 different people and lasted an hour and a half.
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez American Association for Justice (Washington, DC) en nov. 2014
Entretien
The process began with the Director of HR and moved on to the Senior Director of my department. Both were fairly straightforward, though the HR director is far more open with emotions and facial expressions, making this interview a bit more comfortable.
The Senior Director of my department, while they are an incredibly nice person, is more of a traditional interviewer. No nonsense, all business. It was a bit nerve wrecking to go from HR to the Director, but it was done with ease.

The questions were average: What can you bring to the table? We work with confidential information, will this be a problem? How has your previous job experience helped to prepare you for this position?
