I first applied for the technology internship online and then talked to them at my school's career fair. At the career fair we had a small talk about my interests, they then said they wanted to interview me the next day and later that day they called me because they wanted me to go out to dinner with them. The actual interview was a group interview consisting of a manager, HR person, and a technology associate. The interview was a hour long and consisted of all behavioral questions, of which I did a decent job at answering. After the interview they told me they would email me within the next two weeks, after a month of not hearing back from them, I proceeded to send them a simple followup email. One month after I sent the email the technology associate called me to tell me I didn't get the internship.
