AlphaSights posted an opening for a senior position on university career center whereupon I contacted the listed HR contact and asked if they were looking to hire an entry level positions. She responded with an affirmative and from there, I went on the website and submitted my resume. A day or so later, they requested a video interview. After submitting that, (again, a day or so later), they requested a Skype interviewed. Very shortly afterwards, they requested an onsite interview that consisted of three rounds. For the first round, I was required to prepare a case beforehand and then asked to do another two cases on the spot. The second and third round interviews were behavioral/fit. Overall, everyone was professional, friendly, and willing to answer any and all questions.

I went through 2 rounds of interviews before deciding myself not to move on after the second. The first one was a standard behavioral one, recorded before a screen (might've changed due to the pandemic). The second one consisted of two parts: the first a role play, where I was assigned a case and asked to look for industry experts to answer a question for a made-up client, the second a standard behavioral interview.
