The process took about 4 weeks since I first applied. There were 3 rounds, 1 phone interview, and 2 video interviews. I was interviewed by the hiring manager in the last 2 interviews. The interviews are tough, specially the last round which has business case type questions. However, I was told by the hiring manager that the last interview was a difficult one and provided me a reference guide with the type of questions and interview structure. The last interview requires you to share your screen and respond the questions using excel to better explain your reasoning. Although some questions do not require any math whatsoever, other questions do require you to know financial modeling such as NPV. The questions are well thought out and very similar to what you would find in a management consultant firm like BCG or McKinsey so using their practice material is very helpful. Definitely a challenging experience.
