I had four interviews with the company before being extended an offer. The first included a group interview, the second a series of one-on-one interviews, the third a virtual interview, and finally a final interview. The whole process was fairly simple and timely and the company was completely professional

They asked me to come to their swiss office for a 1st round of group interview during which they mainly talk about the company. The travel expenses were not covered. I got rejected because I was too junior for the role. This is something they could see on my CV beforehand and that I never had the chance to support during this group interview.

Was called for the first round in person at Princeton, NJ. Company description and given some slides to prepare for 10 minutes and present. Was a waste of time traveling for a 20 minute interview.

Had an on site interview in Princeton NJ. They didn’t reimburse at all. They gave some overall introduction about this company and asked us to present some random slides for 5 mins. Seems like a cheap company, no body was working there and interviewers were pretty arrogant. They were not looking for consultants but mostly for sales to bring projects in and make certain KPI each year. It was wasting my time!

I had an Interview per Phone with a Headhunter from the Company, she gave me a general overview about the Position as well as its general tasks and responsibilities. Then I had a online interview with one of the Directors here in Germany, where we discussed about my background and wishes as well as about the main projects that Alcimed have and market areas that they offer/cover or have interest to cover. After this, I received an invitation to go to Cologne for another 2 interviews - one with the same Director from the video call and another one with another Director. The first one, with the Director that I already knew, was basically a technical interview, in which he wanted to see if I knew the general tasks of the Position and how I would execute them. The second one was more related to my business skills and experience. After one week, they called me and said that I did not have a business profile strong enough for the position (which I totally understand and also agree with). However, when they invited me to go to Cologne, they said that I would be refunded for the train tickets and they did not do it, even though I sent all the documents for them. In the beginning of January, I sent them an e-mail and they answering me that the payment was already sent to the finance department; therefore, I was supposed to receive my money back within 14 days. Unfortunately they did not refund me and, due to this, next week I have an appointment with a lawyer to solve this issue.

Got an email asking for an onsite group interview with two other candidates. Very cheap company, no reimbursement for travel, no food and even no soda to serve. They introduced their company and asked us to present some random slides. Very empty offices and seems like no body was working there though they forced everyone to be onsite. Seems like they were not looking for consultants but sales to bring projects in and making certain KPI each year. A waste of my time.
