The interview process was very thorough, I had 3 separate interviews. From the beginning to the end I felt that they were the right fit for me. I felt encouraged throughout the process and the questions were geared towards making sure that we meaning the company and MYSELF would be happy and that was something I had never experienced interviewing with other companies.
