J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Act! (Englewood, CO) en janv. 2013
Entretien
I interfaced with Swiftpage via a technical recruiter who was working directly with Swiftpage HR. While there is typically a phone interview, after I spoke with the recruiter, Swiftpage HR asked me to come straight in for an in-person interview. I interviewed with the Chief Marketing Officer (who happened to be heading the Engineering department temporarily) as well as some fellow developers, architects, and the Director of Product Management. The interview gave me great insight into the culture of the company and was overall a very pleasant experience. It was clear to me that "fit" was a huge deciding factor for Swiftpage in hiring their Software Engineers.

Question 1
When I asked them "where do you see this position leading in 5 years" they immediately turned the question around and asked "where do you see yourself taking this position in 5 years?"

Entretien
The interview process at Swiftpage was fantastic. I had an initial phone interview which went well, and then an in-person interview with the development team I was applying for a role with. I also took a quick programming test. Both interviews were well organized and laid back.

Question 1
During the group interview, I was asked quite a few specific questions about my development experience, my knowledge of various software development methodologies and practices, and general programming practices.
