I was given a tour of the Mail room, introduced to the two employee's present and then taken to a conferance room with a total of a three person panel. I had done a lot of research about this company before hand and was more a little leary about them based on what people currently working there had to say. I was over quailied for the job. They asked me to email them my salary request by Monday AM. The interview was on Friday afternoon. Three weeks later I got an email stating they had hired another canidate.
