J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Accenture en oct. 2009
Entretien
The whole process consisted of 2 rounds.
Both telephonic.
The first round was a technical interview where the interviewer asked question about the technology in general and some very basic questions.
then, the questions got a little hypothetical and concept based.
HR Round: The HR round consisted of questions like - "Why Accenture?", "What are the expectations?" etc.
The HR round invariably consists of a hypothetical situation which goes on like this: "Let's suppose you have a deliverable to be delivered after three weeks, but the deliverable will take at least 6 weeks of development. What will you do in that circumstance?"
I answered - "If I know that the deliverable will take at least 6 weeks, I will go and inform my supervisor about the situation and that he should extend the timelines. If he is not willing to do so, I will put in extra efforts and may be work on weekends to complete the task.

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Accenture en nov. 2018
Entretien
It was a process of 3 rounds. Starts with a technical telephonic discussion, and a on-prem technical discussion, and finally the HR round. I found the HR are tough to negotiate, and they are really tricky.

Questions on my programming background, previous experiences. Pretty much above average questions.
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Accenture (Hyderâbâd) en janv. 2015

Only 1 technical round, you can clear even if you keep practicing some standard set of questions in your domain.
I felt personally the interview was not really good to judge people, it needs to be more difficult to clear. Because the more easy it is the more chances of wrong elements entering in.
