Many others have already mentioned the interview process so I'm not going to make you read the same story again. I do want to note that my second situational interview was only 30 minutes with 2 questions (plus sub-questions probing the details) even through most people here reported 45 minutes - 1 hour. I think it all depends on which interviewer you get. The third interview is basically for you to learn more about Accenture and also for Accenture & yourself to figure out which areas in Technology consulting you are interested in. In my case, I already communicated to my recruiter before the interview which area I'm interested in and was interviewed by senior managers from that area. I think it may pay off if you know which area you are interested in before the inteview & let the recruiter know. Response time for interview result has been great. Next day for the 1st round, 2-3 days for the second round and 3 weeks for the third round. Third round may be unusual because I had the interview a week before Christmas. Right before Christmas, my recruiter asked me to rank a couple alternative locations if my primary location choice isn't available. I heard back again a day or two after New Year that I would be receiving an offfer from another recruiter. I assume the delay in final decision is because of the holidays and because they had to find an alternative location. I ended up getting my first alternative choice.
