Accenture interview process includes : Interview with Recruiter, Technical interview, Behavioral interview, Personal interview either in their office or virtually via a web cam, a background check then the offer.
A recruiter from the company contacted me first asked me about my background, location, explained the interview process & said I would be contacted about the timings and date for the skills interview. A few days later I got scheduled for the skills/technical interview & then for the behavioral after a few months. My personal interview was through a web cam with a Manager after which immediately I got a call with offer.
Be prepared for the behavioral interviews as Accenture gives a lot of importance for the same.
In the personal interview be sure you know about the Accenture Workforce groups & Consulting groups as they would generally ask you where you fit & would like to work in which group. They need to know that you are familiar with their company model so go through their website for all the details that you can find.
The interview process takes months in some cases years, the recruiters usually don't give you feedbacks after the interview unless asked & they are very rude when you ask specific questions. The interviewers were knowledgeable & decent. There is no way you can talk to the Accenture HR since the recruiters don't give you any details about them. To date the most rude recruiters that I have ever come across were with Accenture, they literally force you to decline the offer if you do not make up your mind in day or two.
They offer competitive salaries best in the industry. Background check process is also comparatively faster and better than what most companies do.

I was approached by Accenture on LinkedIn, where we initially discussed salary expectations and agreed to proceed with a first interview. The first interview with HR went well, and shortly after, the second interview was scheduled and already in progress.
The second interview was more technical and involved two interviewers. Overall, it was a very positive experience: the conversation went well, they seemed to like my profile, and I was genuinely interested in the opportunity and the new challenge.
In both interviews, I was very transparent about my salary range. This was clearly communicated from the beginning and reiterated throughout the process. However, about a week (or less) after the second interview, I received a call from HR informing me that they could not meet my expected salary. Instead, they proposed an offer below my stated range and, more importantly, lower than my current salary.
I found this extremely disappointing and disrespectful. Given that my salary expectations were clearly communicated multiple times, I believe that if my range did not align with their budget, this should have been addressed before moving forward with the interview process. Proceeding through multiple stages only to present an offer below my current compensation does not seem fair or professional.

The questions were mainly about the projects I have worked on, my previous experience, and some technical questions related to SAP. Overall, the questions were manageable and aligned with my background.

perguntas engessadas parecia que estava lendo um prompt, não foi nem um pouco dinâmica e me senti com meu tempo desperdiçado pois a recrutadora não se deu ao trabalho de ler o curriculo antes de marcar a entrevista

I received an email from the Accenture hiring team—even though I wasn't actively looking for a job. I got multiple emails and several calls despite not being interested in the company. They called me several times in a single day and convinced me to create an account, during which they collected my personal details and completed the registration.
Later that day, I received an email from the hiring team asking me to schedule an interview. I went ahead and scheduled one, mainly to understand and gain experience of their hiring process. However, even after scheduling it, I continued receiving calls asking me to book an interview. Eventually, they called again to confirm my availability and scheduled it accordingly.
Now, all of a sudden, they've cancelled my interview, stating that the positions have been filled. I’ve never had such a frustrating and unprofessional experience before.
