I applied online. I received an email and screening phone call around two months afterwards. I was invited for an interview a couple of weeks later with the Head of the office in Barcelona. The interview questions were pretty standard but I found the interviewer not very empathic. I wanted to know about the company culture and wether their PR team was working with any creative agency. The interviewer's response was "why" (are you asking this?), which I found rare. I contacted HR two weeks after my interview and unfornatunately I'm still waiting for a response. Pretty disappointing that HR cannot even response an email to update candidates.
