Heard about the job through a job fair. HR person followed up with me rather quickly. She then scheduled the interview. While there, they start off introducing the company, then they do a short group interview, followed by a short one-on-one interview. The group interview is for employers to see how outgoing and personable you are.

Entretien
They only do hiring events at their office and not one person interviews. A group of people who were contacted through Indeed or LinkedIn are gathered in their meeting room (About 10-15) and they go through a presentation of what the job entails, pay, and requirements. Then after that you wait in the room and will interview with one of a handful of managers/leaders one on one.

Position was brought to my attention when visiting Home Depot by an SSA selling things within home depot. Said SSA pushed me through to the head of the department and scheduled an interview after a quick phone conversation.
