While the actual interviews are generally nice and easy, the process is not. Companies dont succeed by telling top talent fresh out of school to wait 3 months for an offer that is well below average. the last girl I interviewed was willing to take a position at 40k but after waiting over 3 months for a reply, she moved on. she was later hired by another manager at my new company, for well over 40k.
