Two step process
First round is fit where you speak to one of their project managers
Second is coding test on hackerrank, but it's not one of the default questions. For me I had to find duplicate accounts in the provided customer and account numbers list
That is followed by a system design question, where they ask you to design a new feature

I have cleared one technical round.
2nd interview was F2F, they have asked more about the leading the team. Also devops questions

I got referred by an ANZ employee. The process is straightforward.
First Round is a technical round, pretty much standard Java questions, knowledge about cloud, AWS, and infrastructure as code. Next Round is behaviour round.
