J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez ADP en mars 2010
Entretien
Submitted an application on Monster and received a call from a recruiter a day or two later. The initial call lasted about 20 minutes where she went over my background, described the position, and asked me my salary requirements. She also also asked me three basic technical questions that were provided to her by the hiring manager. She then told me that she was going to submit my resume to the hiring manager. I must say that I was very happy with their recruitment department. The recruiter always responded to my emails in a timely fashion even if to say that "the manager is still reviewing resumes".
The only issue I had with the interview process is that it consisted of 3 separate on-site interviews instead of one interview to meet everyone. In the first on-site I met with the techincal team, second on-site was with the hiring manager, third was with the hiring manager's boss. I enjoyed each interview. No head games, they were all straight shooters, and they answered my questions honestly.

Had a 20 minute screening phone interview with the recruiter. Then had a 45-60 minute phone interview with the direct report, then a phone interview with the VP. Overall each person was very nice and easy to converse with.
