The first round was one informal interview with a hiring manager. The second round was a Zoom interview with three higher-ups at the State Office. The interview was thorough, yet enjoyable. The interviewers showed genuine interest in both my experience and me as a person. Overall, I was enthusiastic about the potential of working for AARP after my interview.
