123 did a very great job interviewing me. I first applied online filling out a larger style questionnaire. They explained that out of quite a few applicants that I had answered the questions correctly and matched what they were looking for. They then brought me into their office and did a great interview with me and 3 other people in the boardroom. Then they hired me on the spot. I've been working there ever since.
