    Job Description: As the B2B Brand and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading our marketing and communication initiatives, which include promoting our brand, developing creative campaigns, and managing media relationships. You will report directly to the European Director of Operations, working closely to drive our expansion globally, and build a strong market presence.Company Overview: Pazzi is a rapidly growing tech startup in the field of autonomous restauration. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Head of Marketing to play a pivotal role in shaping and promoting our brand, products, and services to a broader audience.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Brand Management

    • Manage and protect the company’s brand image and identity, notably by ensuring the correct use of the company’s image by Master Franchisees.
    • Plan and execute marketing events and promotional partnerships.
    • Provide support to Master Franchisees regarding marketing initiatives to ensure consistency inbranding and promoting the business across all locations.

    2. Marketing Strategy

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and market penetration specifically tailored for the food franchise industry.
    • Identify market trends, customer needs and competitor activities to inform marketing decisions.
    • Collaborate with Master Franchisees to create and implement marketing campaigns both onlineand offline.
    • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, andcustomer preferences, to adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
    • Work in collaboration with the image and design agency, and with the creative director.

    3. Content Management

    • Manage and oversee content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing collateral.
    • Manage content calendars to ensure the consistent delivery of content aligned with the company’s messaging and branding.

    4. Media Relations

    • Establish and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
    • Develop and distribute press releases to promote company announcements and events.
    • Act as the primary contact for media inquiries and interview requests.

    5. Digital Marketing

    • Implement digital marketing strategies, including social media management, online advertising, and email marketing campaigns.
    • Monitor the performance of digital marketing initiatives.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
    • Proven experience in marketing, communication, or media management roles, ideally within the food franchise industry.
    • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content management is required.

    • Proficient English is a must and good German skills are required (B1/B2). Additional languages,especially French and Spanish, are a plus.
    • Swiss national/work permit B or C holder.
