Company does bare minimum to stay “competitive” with similar companies. Hard to encourage younger new hires with relatively low salaries and high medical premiums

You do not get paid for overtime , You could work all weekends and they wont care
Everything is handled over the internet in your home.. paystubs, benefits, vacation requests, 401k, insurance, Fmla... the HR department will NOT perform basic HR dept tasks. You are your own HR advisor.
