Great health benefits and vacation PTO perks.
Benefits are optional but expensive and don’t provide great coverage. No 401k matching.
PTO is very good here, 401k and they do match 3%
no paid time off, expensive insurance
Health, vision, and dental benefits. All benefit systems are separate.
Insurance is decently priced for one single person, they just started doing paid holidays and they have a lot of other resources for wellbeing stuff
Simply put, there were no benefits. And even though they had a full time HR representative at Scholastic, they never even told me they existed for our benefit. In 5 years, they never reached out or offered any assistance.
Benefits after a year and horrible service when you are trying to get a hold of them
Minimum benefits would take 1/4 take home.
