Extremely biased Managment 3. Only way you can be safe and get promotion if you are willing to say 'yes' to what the CEO says. Not at all open to new ideas. 3. extreme negativity and mental harrasement. 4. they humilate employees everyday in meetings 5. No proper HR policies, no PF even tax are not regulated. 6. Even if you serve 45 days notice period, they still deny experience letter based on their personal preference and threaten to give negative feedback to your next employer 7. all their policies look good on papers nothing happen in reality.
