Avantages

eXp Realty really does have a unique approach and provides a lot of value to its real estate agents. There are a lot of opportunities.

Inconvénients

Executive leadership isn't united in their approach and doesn't regularly connect to ensure they are working together. While there is a clear vision of providing great value to real estate agents, the sub-departments (HR, Operations, etc.) don't have a clear vision of how they contribute to that vision. The HR leadership specifically was all over the place and inconsistent with their approach. I would strongly advise any HR Professional to seek employment elsewhere.
