      Avantages

      Work independently, keep more money, the most tech advanced company I've worked with, create your own network of top professionals, cloud based so relatively paperless, admin and tech help are a click away, fantastic lead generating, constant support, and best of all, revenue share and it's a publicly traded company. So, when i decide to ease up on my real estate career in 5 or 10 years, i'll still have a salary.

      NONE!!!!!! This is one of the best companies I have ever worked with.

      You HAVE to find the right team in your area, otherwise you will feel like you are swimming in an ocean on your own with lots of valuable resources but no idea which way to swim.
