We are being asked to do more with less. It’s impossible to get work done because there aren’t enough employees. We have been through two lay offs and everyone is fearful there is another one coming soon. They announced a merit increase today but at the expense of the people who lost their jobs right before Christmas. I would rather have the people back than get a merit. It’s just not with it. My entire team is looking for a job. The CEO is not trustworthy. He has talked about moving to a for profit company in Townhall meetings. It appears that is what is happening and we are all in the dark. If you are thinking about applying for a position, I would not.
