The bottom tier of employees are the best you'll ever work with. Smart people with high integrity. Casual work environment. Good snacks. Easy commute.
Inconvénients
The pros don't outweigh the long term cons. Management professes a modern, forward-thinking culture and that just isn't the truth. The culture is very much a "butts in seats, 50+ hour workweek." Leadership specifically denounces work "family." It's definitely business and you are expendable. This is a good company to start out in and gain experience but not a company to "make a home in." There are many, many companies in Indy with more modern and trusting cultures. No trust for employees.
