The work environment is highly motivating. There was a true spirit of learning new technologies and research when I was working. This company is built strong with the power of freshers with a proper guidance from the top level management. They got a perfect plan for moulding their employees. 1. The management is not keen on holding the freshers or those who are leaving the company. The attitude is “let the employees spread their wings and fly high without any support” once I asked the CEO on an open forum. 2. Too much of lenience which some employees ruin the work culture.
