Avantages
- 9d a week, RDO - 3d in office, good flexibility - a lot of team mates and resources available at hand - good pay, especially good outcome after industrial action
Inconvénients
- Big corpo with recent restructure resulted splitting teams and supposedly responsibility but essentially everyone in middle management or senior in this company somehow is hired because theyre good at talking and deflect actions and responsibility. - Changing executive leadership every 3 years - Sometimes direct Manager can also change very often, and could be used as an indicator as how bad the team or if the team sucks. - However, in Tg, it is also incentivised for the 'chosen' or 'liked' people in middle management to move around anyway, so be prepared for changes. - The older generation folks, especially in middle management are typically quite hierarchical, are so used to proxy for even simple comms otherwise you'll get the attitude "who are you and why are you asking me stuff". The culture bleeds nearly everywhere. - If you're ESL, you'll get treated also poorly. - Culture is a bit toxic overall, you'll have to play a lot of political games, be liked in the beginning otherwise you'll be tasked a lot of admin or things that other people don't want to do. Suck up and play politics, otherwise you'll get stuck. - Cliequey, and group mentality, if you don't belong, it plays against you.
