Avantages

The environment was really friendly there is opportunity for growth in the sales department, training is fun and you learn a lot.

Inconvénients

The pay is not great, still a growing firm makes it hard to fully develop, I wish there was more variety with assignments

Avantages

I love the environment here, the people are super welcoming and it's really fun working here. It's the perfect position for you if don't like being stuck behind a desk!

Inconvénients

You definitely have to step outside of your comfort zone, so it will be hard if you aren't ready to challenge yourself

Avantages

- environment & people are wonderful! - everyone is friendly - don't mind asking questions & trying to help out to figure out what's wrong - team nights to hang out and get to know your co-workers and the boss - if you can manage working 10+ hours a day with very little pay until you become a manager (5 years down the line) then apply - paid training although it's only $130 after tax

Inconvénients

- Pyramid Scheme, the little guys don't mean much or get paid much - drive is very long - gas isn't reimbursed and wasn't covered from small paychecks - outside sales, walking miles no matter what the weather is like B2B selling office supplies - they want you to force a sale and do anything to get that sale - if you aren't hitting the LOA numbers and sales quota every week they assume it's your fault & not because people don't want to buy from you or the location - they expect you to drive to the office every morning and then back to your territory and then back to the office again only for about 30 minutes after the work day on Tuesday/Thursday which was about 4 hours of just driving back and forth to the office for me - expect to fill up several times a week - your numbers affect the office, so they push you get sales no matter what so people get their money - there is no real base pay - there are a lot of stipulations on how to you see a good paycheck - you find out a lot of what really goes on after you get into the role instead of upfront info - wear and tear on your car (tires, oil changes, miles) so another expense you have to worry about.... - business trips can be good for sales but really bad personally and for sales sometimes -EXPECT TO WORK FROM 730-530(sometimes 630 if you go back to the office on T/TH) EVERYDAY EXCEPT WEEKENDS & they like when you stay out later as long as you make them money
