      Avantages

      Great work-life balance, great pay, flexible working hours, culture is very mindful of flexibility

      Inconvénients

      Not so confident on the direction of the company. Many employees believe in abandoning a cloud strategy as on prem is our bread and butter, while executives push "cloud first" without having a product that is truly architected for the cloud.
