Avantages
Contributing to a really amazing product has a lot to be said for it. I regularly meet people who are excited to tell me how much they enjoy using the product I work on. Employees are given a lot of independence to define what is important to work on, and are given support if they identify problems within the organization and try to fix those things.
Inconvénients
It is hard to develop professional skills at times because the company as a whole is a bit behind the times, especially in test.
