It's very short staffed and when it's really short staffed you can't take time off, many people end up leaving because all they can do at this job is work all the time. They like to promise you Commission, but if you work at a slow store there's no way of you making Commission because if there's no people there buying the adult products then you will not make commission. Commission is constantly changing too so its harder to make it even when your promised to make it. most of the time you won't have any free time because you're always working, They can have you working up to 6 days a week especially if they're short staffed. A lot of people end up quitting because they just want to enjoy their lives and not be overworked while being paid $13.50. Even with some overtime it's still not enough to live off for most people. This company really doesn't care about the staff and proves that a lot with all of the "Rules".
