Avantages
Great products Friendly co-workers. Employee Store cant think of any more pros to work here.
Inconvénients
Senior Managers are ruining the company, as they cant keep up with the new age. They still work on old methods and open to new ideas. Annual review is fixed at 3, no matter how well you perform. Promotions are unheard of. Its all face value and not work value. Not flexible in work from home. Stay away from IS department, as its run by bunch of idiots. H.R is for namesake, you can report as much as you want but no action will ever be taken if its about Senior Management. I can go on and on...could have been a great company but its going down due to few bad apples.
