What I love is that you have access to everyone from the people on the production floor all the way up to the owners. You are trusted to do your job and you’re not micro-managed! There’s not a lot of red tape like there is at most companies. When you need something, someone is always there to help and get it done quickly! They want you to be successful and give you whatever tools you need to get there. I have a voice here and it’s heard and respected. I get to travel to see my customers face to face and build the relationships with them. The face to face time is so crucial and the company recognizes that and shares the same philosophy.
Inconvénients
We are growing and with growth comes some challenges. The good thing is that company is always trying to make things better.
