      Great job you just need thick skin and be really self motivated

      Inconvénients

      inconsistent pay, they will give/takeaway a percentage of your commisson check depending on the branches overall customer satisfaction. even if you are showing excellent customer service, it is the entire branch that matters.

      Hi there, thank you for your review. While certain aspects of the role definitely require some self motivation, we also have a fully capable team and managers who are their to support you.       Inconvénients

      It only takes one or two customer reviews to affect you negatively. Disproportionate to the number of customers you handle.

      Steady pay and hours but the work is busy some days.

      Inconvénients

      Depending on branch and setup you work outside and deal with weather in your locale.
