The only real perk about this company is remote working.
Inconvénients
The company has gone, in my vision, from a slow moving start up hoping to disrupt a field service, to a piece of a giant corporation that does not really know what to do with it. I think the worst points highlight are: - Lack of long term vision; - Buggy and unstable software; - Product allocate most of the resources to build new functionalities rather than looking back and make the product more stable/functional; - No training/career development plans; - Micromanagement - The worst case management system I have seen in 10+ years experience; - No respect for customer; - No respect for employees; - Unjustified benefit cuts without prior employees consultation;
