You may also work in multiple offices and collaborate with a viriety of departments to accomplish your work. It is exciting when you submit a work product to conclusion and get an excellent result. The company has an excellent professiional development program.

      This organization supports veterans and you cant say anything bad about that.

      Inconvénients

      Overall, there is a lack of committment in this organization to a business model that will sustain the company long term. SNVC tends to be reactive, therefore changing business plans and organizational charts often. The CEO has placed people in leadership positions that for the most part do not have the level of experience necessary to complete the duties of their assigned roles and furthermore, those people he's assigned to key positions are within his "inner circle" so the power of influence outside of that circle is quite minimal for the rest of the leaders.
