      Avantages

      1.Very close knitted company , being a middle size company we all feel like family and enjoy working together. 2. We are a part in all process of Software life cycle from Sales to Go live , which enhance our knowledge about software process/ building. 3. SL techknow is a fast growing company , a very good place to work and grow together 4. Management very supportive in terms of personal crisis or medical emergencies

      Inconvénients

      Being a small company , got some process oriented issue but always can be sorted out talking to the management.
